Product introduction
Rubber mastic tape is a kind of self-melting, good melting of electrical insulation and gas insulation and waterproof sealing tape. It is ethylene-propylene rubber with a base, and the surface is coated with an adhesive with strong adhesion and good thermal stability. It can be used in electrical insulation and waterproof sealing and other occasions. The rated operating temperature is 90℃, and the emergency overload temperature is 130℃.
Rubber mastic tape and waterproof insulation +PVC tape are used together to provide a reliable waterproof seal and excellent UV protection for electrical lines.
Wrapping method In order to obtain the best shape and waterproof sealing effect, the tape should be stretched when wrapping so that it is three-quarters of the original width before stretching. After wrapping, it is appropriate to squeeze the tape at the covered place by hand to make the inter layer adhesive tightly sealed without air gap in order to fully bond.
Finally, outside the rubber mastic tape, two layers of waterproof insulation PVC tape must be semi-overlapping to provide mechanical protection.
