The disadvantage is that due to the use of oil-based solvents, so the lack of environmental protection, especially now that the price of oil has risen, resulting in the price of oil-based solvents all the way up, most of the coating glue due to the cost is too high, so the use of relatively poor oil-based solvents, resulting in environmental protection is not up to standard, in addition, with the further improvement of environmental protection standards in various countries, so the environmental protection requirements for coating glue are getting higher and higher.
Finally, hot melt adhesive is a kind of plastic adhesive, its physical state changes with temperature within a certain temperature range, and the chemical properties remain unchanged, it is non-toxic and tasteless, and it is an environmentally friendly chemical product.
Hot melt adhesive bonding is the use of hot melt adhesive machine through heat to melt the hot melt adhesive, the melted glue becomes a liquid, through the hot melt glue tube and hot melt glue gun of the hot melt glue machine, sent to the surface of the adhesive, the hot melt adhesive cools to complete the bonding.
