Which material of fireproof tape is the most resistant to high temperature

1. Silicone rubber material: silicone rubber fireproof tape usually has very excellent high temperature resistance and can withstand higher temperatures without losing viscosity or deformation. Some high quality silicone rubber fire retardant tapes can withstand temperatures of up to 200°C or even higher, and have good flame retardant and insulation.

2. Ceramic fiber material: Ceramic fiber fireproof tape is known for its extremely high temperature resistance. This type of tape can remain stable at extremely high temperatures, and some can even withstand high temperatures above 1300°C. Ceramic fiber tape also has excellent fire resistance, corrosion resistance and insulation properties, which is very suitable for use in harsh environments such as high temperature and high corrosion.

3. Glass fiber material: Although glass fiber fireproof tape also has a certain high temperature resistance, its high temperature resistance grade is usually lower than that of silicone rubber and ceramic fiber material. However, fiberglass tape performs well in terms of strength, wear resistance and tensile strength and is suitable for applications requiring higher mechanical properties.

4. PVC material: Although PVC fireproof tape has been treated with flame retardancy, its high temperature resistance is relatively limited. Generally speaking, the high temperature temperature range of PVC fireproof tape is about 80°C, which is not suitable for long-term use in high temperature environments.
